Plagiarism is when someone takes someone else's work(s) and or idea(s) and passes it off as their own. I feel plagiarism has the most potential to shown up when procrastinating because it can be extremely easy to copy and paste without taking time to properly cite it or even site it at all. In high school citing your work wasn’t that big of a deal, but I have learned at FSU plagiarism isn’t taken as lightly. There are some fairly significant consequences ranging from a zero on an assignment to failing a course. With the recent advancements in technology it is becoming easier to find plagiarism but this also means it’s easier to avoid plagiarism due to the wide range of resources available to help with correct citations.
